Mission The Bishop Noa Home for Senior Citizens was established by the Sisters of St. Paul de Chartres to provide quality individual nursing care for its senior residents. This care is planned and provided according to individual physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of each resident. This approach allows us to provide the resident with an opportunity to function and live at his or her maximum potential, despite advanced age or illness. The spirit and example of Jesus Christ guides the ministry of the Home.

Operational Philosophy We believe in the dignity of each person as being created in the image and likeness of a loving God. Each person is special, therefore justice and charity are our guiding principles. We believe that caring for the aging and dying is an integral part of the Church’s mission and that our care is an extension of Christ’s love and mercy as exemplified throughout the Gospel. We believe that each person has the right to die with dignity in a Christian atmosphere of genuine respect, support and compassion. We believe that through the lived ideals of service, sharing and caring, we always strive to be a model of care for the elderly and ill. We believe a working Christian atmosphere that exemplifies fairness to employees will stimulate an attitude of service, growth and concern for the well-being of all.
