Lorri Merrell - Human Resources Director
Lorri obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from
Ferris State University in 1992. She is NCCAP and MEPAP certified as of
March 2006. Lorri has been with BNH since 2005.
Facilitating all of human resources, Lorri directs our hiring process,
including employee orientation and explanation of benefits. She is also
responsible for delegated instruction of nurse assistants. She plans,
coordinates and presents many of our in-service and educational programs.
Counterpart to our HIPAA security officer, she acts as our HIPAA
compliance officer.
