Jamie LaFave Administrator Jamie is a graduate of Lake Superior State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Prior to becoming the Administrator at BNH in 2019, Jamie spent eight years supervising all aspects of the business office. Jamie completed formalized Nursing Home Administrator courses through Michigan State University in 2018. She is responsible for directing and supervising the overall operation at BNH while remaining consistent with our policies, procedures and mission statement. While regulations are of great importance, the residents everyday life is her main focus. Providing a safe, healthy environment that promotes physical, emotional and spiritual well-being to residents, families and employees is her priority.
