Credentials: Mary Lou received her Dietary Manager Certification from the University of North Dakota in 1989. She has been working in the food service field since 1951. Mary Lou has been employed at the Bishop Noa Home since 1986.

Job Responsibilities: Supervises and manages the Dietary Department of the Bishop Noa Home. Coordinates with the planning, preparing, and serving of regular and special diets to meet our resident’s dietary needs. Maintains required records in accordance with State and Federal Regulations.
