Credentials: Denise is a graduate from University of North Dakota'a Dietary Manager Training Program. She holds an Associate of Business Degree in Restaurant/Hotel Management from Gogebic Community College. Denise became a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM CFPP) in 1997 and is a member of the National Dietary Managers Association.

Job Responsibilities: Supervises and manages the Dietary Department of the Bishop Noa Home. Works with the Registered Dietitian to ensure optimum nutritional care is given to our residents. Follows standards and procedures along with State and Federal Guidelines. Participates in Resident Care Conferences.
