Information Technologies (IT) Support Requirements: -Effective communication skills used to identify and resolve issues staff may be experiencing with technology devices.  Acts in a proactive open approach in outreach and education to staff, vendors, and associates. -Ability to communicate and work with existing hardware/software vendors and associates. -Installation, implementation and administration of operating systems, databases and applications; system services; backup and recovery; user access and security rights. -Accountable for the day to day system administrative functions in an efficient manner, responsible for compliance with established system standards and best practices. -Accountable for the execution and the oversight of the HIPAA HiTECH Act of 2013, acts as HIPAA Security Officer for Bishop Noa Home for technological protected health information. -Always presents a positive and professional image of the Information Technology Department and the Bishop Noa Home. -At times, standard shift will vary with days required to work, which could include weekends, nights or holidays.  This is an hourly position and at times hours vary in accordance with facility needs, requirements or emergent events. Qualifications: -Associates Degree in Computer Networking, Network Systems Administration, or a related field.  Equivalent real-world IT experience may be considered. -Two years of experience in a professional IT environment or real-world experience considered. -Experience working with and troubleshooting multiple technologies in a production environment. -Ability to communicate effectively in person and by varied technologies with provider representatives and Bishop Noa Home staff members to identify and resolve issues staff may experience with existing hardware/software applications or vendors. -Ability to get along well with a great variety of personalities.  Neat and well-groomed business appearance.  Focused with the ability to self-start and initiate projects as needed. -Must be able to physically stand, stoop, bend, maintain awkward positions for extended periods of time, kneel, manipulate small objects with hand dexterity, appropriate visual and hearing capabilities to perform duties as necessary.  Ability to push, pull, lift, move up to 35 pounds as needed. Preferred Qualifications: -Bachelor Degree in Computer Networking, Network Systems Administration, or a related field. -Certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft or VMWare. -Experience working in a healthcare environment. -Experience with the following: VMWare, Terminal Services, Group Policy, Thin Clients, IP-based surveillance and door security, VoIP-based phone systems, r outing, switching, VLANs. Must complete pre-employment physical and drug screen, as well as criminal background check and previous employer reference check. Less than 20 hrs/wk. Environmental Services Aide Requirements: -Perform daily housekeeping, laundry/linen, and tasks such as floor mopping, vacuuming, spot cleaning, shampooing, bed washing, restroom cleaning, dusting, washing walls/window screens/wheelchairs -Receiving, sorting, transporting, collecting, distributing, re-labeling, maintaining serviceability, and minor mending of laundry/linen -Will work with chemicals and use of personal protection equipment daily -Must be able to read labels and follow directions -Must be physically able to complete all aspects of the job including standing, kneeling, stooping, squatting, twisting and bending, be able to use a step stool, reach overhead and be able to frequently move, lift, or transfer up to 35 pounds. -Employees are expected to work weekends and holidays. Must complete pre-employment physical and drug screen, as well as criminal background check and previous employer reference check.
