Bishop Noa Home Senior Apartments

Bishop Noa Home Senior Apartments have been designed to provide a pleasant, safe and supportive environment, which enables each tneant to maintain his or her optimum livel of independence. The Senior Apartments offers its services to all qualified persons on a non-discriminatory basis, without regard to race, color, sex, religion or national origin.

The Senior Apartments are available to individuals whose lives can be enhanced by the environment and services it has to offer. It is a home for adults who are at least sixty(60) years old. It is not licensed by any local, state, or federal agency and is not a nursing home or home for the aged. Therefore the Senior Apartments may not accommodate individuals who require the services of such facilities.

Basic Services: Bishop Noa Home Senior Apartments offers its services to those who are independent with daily activities but desire the amenities and services of living in a senior living environment. As a tenant of the Bishop Noa Senior Apartments, you will receive the following services for the basic monthly rent without additional charge:

• Housekeeping: General cleaning of the Apartment twice per month
• Utilities (Except Telephone)
• Trash Removal
• Cable Television
• Laundromat Facilities
• Parking in outdoor parking lot (Garages are also availiable)
• Emergency Call System: When alerted, a staff member will come to the apartment, assiss the situation, and obtain outside emergency services, and/or notify responsible party.
• Several different meal plans are available for our kitchen
• Patios for each one or two bedroom unit; Enclosed courtyard for outside enjoyment and safety
• Easy access to public transportation
• Pets welcome with approval and pet deposit
